Made 100% from grapes from our own vineyard. A combination of patience and knowledge is required to make our Hacienda Albae Cabernet Sauvignon. Despite the risk of rain and harsh conditions we await patiently for our grapes to get to the optimal ripeness, knowing the final result will be worth it. Limited production and very low yields to obtain higher aroma, tannin and colour concentration in our grapes. Strict selection of our best grapes is carried out within the oldest vines of Cabernet Sauvignon. Despite being a long cycle variety, acidity is high allowing red wines to age well. Due to berry’s small size and perfect balance vines we ensure well-structured and full bodied wines
