Alsón Malbec
Made 100% from grapes from our own vineyard. Malbec is a variety of long cycle. Our unique climate allows us to keep the grapes in the field until the last moment as the sun conditions and lack of rain is the perfect environment for the development of this grape. While in other regions they are forced to pick the grapes before their optimal state for weather or sanitary issues, we can wait until we get the perfect maturation. The grapes are harvested at the end of October, and always by means of a non-vintage harvest.
