Clos Monlleó

Varieties: 50% Carignan from a vineyard over 50 years old.50% Grenache from a vineyard over 50 years old.

The whole process of grape selection is carried out in the vineyard. The harvest is all manual. Only the fully healthy and ripe grapes will arrive in the cellar in boxes of 18 kg.The Clos Monlleó wine is vinified in the old underground deposits, covered with ceramic tile. After 30 days of maceration, the malolactic fermentation will be pressed and carried out naturally. Then the barrels will be filled, where it will remain for 18 months
