“Coming from the north of England, wine was not a part of my life until I came to study in Spain in 1997 for 9 months. Immediately I fell in love with wine, the history and the culture surrounding it. I was amazed about how vines work and how humans can interact with nature to produce something so wonderful .

Over 20 years later I am still here. I have made it my life's work to share these gems with the world and to create a system that ensures sustainability for everyone from grape growers, winemakers, importers, retailers and restaurants.

Spanish Palate is a unique collection of wines and wineries, people and personalities, all united under one roof by the love of great Spanish wine, all with the common goal of enhancing the consumer experience and sharing their passion.
