New division of Spanish Palate created to bridge a gap between brave, creative, experimental and exceptional wine producers and wine lovers who are looking for something different. Often one-barrel batches of incredible wines that otherwise wouldn't reach the market. Through Secret Cellar we aim to provide an outlet for these wines and encourage winemakers across Spain to continue pushing boundaries. These wines have to be shared with the world.
 
Just beneath the surface of this beautiful country lie wines in waiting. Unique blends or rare local varieties waiting to be shown the way to a table. Spanish Palate´s winemaking team together with different winemakers from all across Spain unite to release wines that would never otherwise make it outside of the cellar.

Every wine is truly unique and inspirational. Interesting parcels, production methods, almost lost varietals etc. Tiny production experiments with stunning results but when it’s gone, it’s gone.

With Secret Cellar it´s all about the wine.

Each offering will be given a LOT number and be labelled with the same simple format label. No capsule. Simple box. The QR code on the label contains all the info about each wine – grower, vintage, varietal, vineyard, village and winemaking etc. so we can understand just why each bottle is amazing.

These are wines made to be shared with wine professionals and wine enthusiasts around the world who have an endless thirst for something different.
