Straw yellow in color.  Scents of apple and fennel seasoned with a rustic twist, a true reflection of what this ungrafted vineyard has to offer.
On the palate its flavourful. Lively acidity, and an aftertaste suggesting bitterness that invites another sip. Sincere at first taste, initially delicate, before growing more insistent and unctuous over the palate, giving a powerful and persistent finish that demonstrates the potential of the airén grape when the yield is fitting for the varietal.
