Pago de las Sabinas

Appearance: Cherry red with high coat, shiny.

Nose: Foreground of varietal characters, the red fruit stands out, redcurrants, strawberries with a gummy bottom, liquorice, the wood that is almost a mere companion leaves a cinnamon and white pepper finish.

Palate: Fresh, with identity of the terroir and the altitude of the vineyard it comes from, agile, with fine touches of spices, elegant and deep.

Pairing: Good with red meat, lamb, game and roasts.
