Doña Juana

Winemaking: Harvested and vinified seperately in stainless steel tanks at 28ºC fermentation. Malolactic in stainless steel before blending and aged jointly in American oak barrels for 8 months.  The barrels are 2 – 3 use oak.  Min 6 months in bottle before release.

Tasting Notes: Deep dark cherry red in colour. On the nose, the fruit is deep and dark and seductive. Intense dark berry fruits with herbal touches. Ripe berries with toasty vanilla. On the palate it is rich, velvety, fruit forward with rounded texture, soft ripe tannins and long finish.
